The weekend vibe is for Club Nights and Big Crowd events. Weekdays are for Artist Community Workshops, Co-Work Spaces, and evening entertainment includes Live Music Shows, Comedy Nights and more hosted by the Creative Community.

Is Parking Available?
Public Parking in front of the building is always avaliable but based on first come first basis. Good to know that all street parking is free after 6pm on weekdays including all day Saturdays and Sunday.
If ever you’re unable to find parking, you can always find parking underground which you can access via the alley way right behind our venue. For only $2.10 overnight parking fee on weekends (up till 12 noon next day), you’re required to have a Credit Card. The company is called “Manulife Parking“.

About our Venue Fees?
Our fees vary on what type of event and requirement needed.
By Default our venue fees includes Door Person (IF NEEDED), Security, Bar Staff(s), 3 wireless microphones, CDJ 3000 mixer w/ 2 decks, Projector & Screen, Wifi access for Guests, Light & Sound Equipment, Sound Technician, setups & Cleanups.

What is our Venue Capacity?
Legally our venue capacity is 160 people but we can look into pushing it up to 180 max depending on how well-behaved the guests are.
Do we still offer food and catering services?
Yes. This Service can be made available for an extra fee which varies based on details of the inquiry.
