Our fees vary on what type of event and requirement needed. 

By Default our venue fees includes a Door Person (additional charge IF NEEDED, $17/hr), Staffing & Security, 1-2 wireless microphones, 2 CDJ 2000 NSX2 decks w/ 1 DJM-900NXS2, Projector and screen, Wi-fi access for Guests, Light and Sound Equipment, Sound Technician, setups & Cleanups.

Public Parking in front of the building is always avaliable but based on first come first basis. Good to know that all street parking is free after 6pm on weekdays including all day Saturdays and Sunday. 

If ever you’re unable to find parking, you can always find parking underground which you can access via the alley way right behind our venue. For only $2.10 overnight parking fee on weekends (up till 12 noon next day), you’re required to have a Credit Card. The company is called “Manulife Parking“.
